摘要

A case of neurocutaneous melanosis is reported. A 2-month-old boy presented with 2-month history of multiple brown to black plaques over his face, posterior midline of the trunk and limbs. He suffered from convulsion one month ago. Histopathology of the cutaneous lesion showed the features of congenital pigmented nevus. Immunohistochemistry examination revealed positive staining for S-IOO and weakly positive for HMB-45. Electroencephalography showed epilepsy discharge. MRI displayed enlargement of both lateral ventricles and the cisterna magna, cystic dilatation of the fourth ventricle of the brain, and hydrocephalus, these findings were consistent with Dandy-Walker syndrome. The patient was diagnosed as neurocutaneous melanosis. Luminal was given as symptomatic treatment.
