摘要

In this study, the high-energy X-ray diffraction experiment was conducted to measure nanoparticles loading behavior during tensile testing. With in-situ X-ray scan over the gauge part of the tensile specimen, we observed different loading capacities of nanoparticles in necking and unnecking regions. Before matrix necking, the nanoparticles within the necking part (determined after matrix necking) exhibit a better loading capacity compared to the nanoparticles within unnecking part. However, the higher load taken by the nanoparticles within necking part leads to a debonding of the particles from the matrix, reflected by a decrease in a loss of internal stress/lattice strain.
