摘要
Due to the severe damages to transmission systems caused by ice storms, reasonable de-icing work becomes pressingly significant for power systems. This study proposes a transmission line de-icing outage optimal scheduling framework based on DC de-icing method. First, an ice thickness prediction model and a time-varying forced outage rate model are introduced to delineate the ice accretion and the reliability of lines. Then, a multi-objective de-icing outage optimal problem is formulated to minimise the ice thickness peak value of icing lines and the expected energy not supplied of the system during the decision period. Finally, non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II optimisation approach is used to determine the Pareto optimal solutions, and a decision making method is utilised to choose the final de-icing scheme. Simulation results on IEEE 24-bus reliability tests system show the effectiveness of the proposed de-icing strategy.
