Multi-motor Fault-tolerant Synchronous Control System Based on Fuzzy Feedback

摘要

This paper proposes an improved control structure based on fuzzy feedback for multi-motor speed synchronous driving system. The proposed structure can adaptively control the maximum synchronization error at 5% to 15% of the reference speed during the rising speed phase even if the motors in the system have a great difference. Meanwhile, it is fault tolerant because the fuzzy feedback device intelligently cuts the faulty motor from the coupled system so that the remaining motors are unaffected and can continue to follow the reference speed normally. Finally, the simulation results are carried out under triple permanent magnet synchronous motor system and show advantages over traditional structures.
