Modeling of Vector Controlled 3-Phase Converter using Multifrequency Averaging

摘要

The modeling of 3-phase converter with vector control strategy based on multifrequency averaging method is presented in this paper. According to the harmonic distribution and the double Fourier series of switching functions, and considering the influence of coordinate transformation, configurations of state average vectors in dq rotating frame are proposed, which can provide the basis for modeling of the current vector controller. Performance assessment based on simulations in MATLAB is demonstrated for the proposed models, which are found to represent both the fundamental and switching behaviors as well as the closed-loop dynamics of power converters with high accuracy, while the computation times of the proposed models are significantly faster than those of the conventional switching models.
