摘要

In this work, flaky MoAlB/Cu powder adsorbed O2 was prepared by combining low-speed ball milling with high-speed ball milling, and the powders were sintered to prepare in-situ (MoB + Al2O3) reinforced Cu-Al based micro-laminated composites. During the sintering process, Al atoms diffuse from MoAlB to form MoB. Some Al atoms diffuse into the copper matrix, forming a Cu-Al solid solution. Another portion of the Al atoms reacts with the O atoms introduced during the milling process, forming dispersed Al2O3 particles. Due to a combination of strengthening mechanisms, including grain refinement and dislocation strengthening, along with the extrinsic toughening mechanism provided by the micro-laminated structure, the strength and plasticity of the prepared composites show synergistic improvement.
