摘要
Microscopic imaging of hidden objects in scattering media is demonstrated using a differential optical Kerr gate (DOKG). The results show that the high spatial frequency components of the imaged object filtered by the optical Kerr gate can be considerably compensated using the DOKG. Microscopic images with a maximal lateral resolution of ∼2 - μm can be achieved. Compared with OKG microscopic imaging, the contrast of DOKG microscopic images is enhanced significantly.
