摘要
Proteins play a vital role in organisms and are the basis for maintaining cell function and biological activities. The analysis of the target protein can further deepen our understanding of the mechanisms of cell growth and disease occurrence. Traditional protein analysis methods are time-consuming and labor-intensive, relying on large instruments, and cannot meet new requirements for protein analysis accuracy. The rapid development of microfluidic chip technology provides new opportunities for miniaturization, integration, and intelligentization of high-throughput protein analysis. This chapter mainly introduced the protein pretreatment, separation, analysis, and detection technology and its practical application based on microfluidic chip platform, summarized the existing challenges and discussed future perspectives.
