abstract = "Topological structure of interconnection network is a graph. Diameter and radius a graph play significant roles in analyzing efficiency of interconnection network, these are efficient parameters to measure the transmission delay or time delay in the network. Strong product graph is a effective method for designing large-scale interconnection networks through some small networks, and topological properties of such large networks are associated strongly with that of the corresponding smaller ones. In this paper, we investigate the diameter and radius of the strong product graph, and using these two parameters to measure the information transmission delay of the strong product networks.",
