摘要
In recent years, the problems of the energy crisis, environmental pollution, and global warming have provided good opportunities for the development of renewable energy. At the same time, the large-scale introduction of variable and limitedly predictable renewable energy also brings in huge challenges for the economic dispatch of the integrated electricity and natural gas system (IEGS). Thus, a stochastic low-carbon economic dispatch model (SLCED) with carbon capture power plants (CCPPs) and Power-to-gas (P2G) units is presented in this paper. The mathematical models of CCPPs and P2G units are reviewed first. Then, the operation mechanism of the low-carbon system with CCPPs and P2G is analysed. To increase the accommodation of renewable energy and control the carbon-emission-related costs, a comprehensive SLCED model is formulated, in which wind power uncertainties are modelled as weighted scenarios and the carbon emissions of power plants are treated as a new set of decision variables. The effectiveness and the validity of the proposed SLCED model are verified using numerical examples based on an IEEE 24-bus and 20-node gas network integrated test system.
