abstract = "The experiments of detecting a circular micro objects from automotive micro assembly was made. The results of experiment show that data storage spaces and computing times are reduced less to 1/316 and 1/172 of traditional Hough transform, which verify the availability and rationality of Layer-iteration Hough transform. So we can draw a conclusion that Layer-iteration Hough transform is very suitable for detecting and measuring micro object, and can also be applied to detection and measuring of micro systems, such as MEMS.",
