摘要
Allocating flexible resources such as controllable distributed generators (DGs) in planning stage is a prospective way to enhance distribution system (DS) resilience. Existing relevant models mainly take into account single restoration stage for decision-making, however, the practical recovery process of DSs also involves the resist and response stage prior to the restoration stage, neglecting this stage can lead to a potential degradation of flexible resources effectiveness. In this paper, a joint resource allocation model considers DGs, remote-controlled switches (RCSs) and soft open points (SOPs) is established. The entire recovery process, from resist and response to restoration, is modelled considering their own recovery features and coupling relationships. Furthermore, the objective of allocation model includes a comprehensive consideration of two economic terms: deployment cost and resilience benefit. Case studies verify the resilience enhancement of the proposed model compared with existing models.
