摘要

Surface microstructure is widely used in regulating solar spectral properties. In the paper, both the evolution progress of gradient refractive index structure and the effect on solar spectral properties are studied in term of structure evolution. By means of the analysis of spectral properties of different structured surfaces, the evolution progress from simple cone structure to complex moth-eye structure and from simple period structure to complex pseudo-disordered structure are investigated. It is found that the pseudo-disordered structure with high absorption in the spectrum range of 0.3~1.1μm and high transmission in the spectrum range of 1.1~2.5μm is the most suitable choice for photovoltaic-thermoelectric hybrid system.
