摘要
This paper is aimed to deal with refinery planning under product demand uncertainty. Models of three main refinery subsystems (including crude unloading, production and product blending, and product distribution) were integrated. The integrated model is used for refinery planning considering uncertainty in final product demand. A probability distribution based two-stage stochastic linear programming (LP) with recourse approach is presented. Sample average approximation (SAA) method is taken as the solution approach. Case studies demonstrate the applicability of the proposed model and solution approach.
