Integrated design of skid damage test rig for high-speed rolling bearing based on knowledge flow theory

摘要

Skidding damage of rolling bearings often affects the service performance of machinery, which is a complex problem related to tribology, dynamics, materials science, thermodynamics and other multi-disciplinary knowledge. In order to reduce the complexity and to improve the efficiency of knowledge acquisition, the design knowledge is clarified and decoupled based on the knowledge flow theory, and then the skid damage test rig for high-speed rolling bearing is developed based on the function-quality-constraint requirement model. A model of the knowledge integration framework is proposed, which provides an overall technical support for the whole life cycle design process under distributed knowledge resource environment. The test rig design services and knowledge flow are analyzed based on the knowledge flow model. The process and implementation method of knowledge service under distributed knowledge resource environment are analyzed. The knowledge units are registered and released on the knowledge service platform for modern design, which can help search and discover users under the distributed resources environment. The result shows that the integrated design of skid damage test rig based on knowledge flow is feasible and helpful to improve design efficiency and quality.
