摘要
This paper presents a practical framework for autonomous UAV-based transmission-line patrol inspection tailored to the complex terrain and dispersed grid assets of Ningxia, China. Three key contributions are: (1) a unified three-tier architecture integrating dock deployment, mission scheduling, and AI defect identification; (2) an automated closed-loop workflow from planning to work-order closure; and (3) lightweight 3D/GIS infrastructure enabling future digital-twin evolution. Four fixed docking stations (Dock 2) and mobile UAV units (Matrice 3TD and Mavic 3T) are orchestrated through a unified inspection platform. The current stage has established the complete platform architecture and hardware design, providing a replicable foundation for scalable deployment. The framework will enable data-driven performance evaluation and evolution toward integrated data-model-operation workflows, advancing digital transformation of regional power-grid patrol inspection.
