摘要

The way to decrease the temperature coefficient of leakage current of ZnO varistor elements was experimentally investigated. A special additive has been developed. The temperature dependence of leakage current of ZnO varistor elements can be improved by adding a proper amount of the said special additive. The appearance of leakage current peak at the temperature range of 31-34°C may be caused by the spattering of impurity ion to electron.
