摘要

In 1995, eco-design philosophy was initiated through the participation of AREVA T&D in the creation of the software EIME, and next in 1998 the first environmental evaluations were carried out. Since then, an innovative methodology has been developed in order to integrate environmental issues in the design of AREVA T&D products. This paper explains the integration of this methodology into AREVA T&D eco-design policy, which takes 4 aspects into account: Management, Hazardous Substances Management, End-of-Life Management and Environmental Advantages. Based on eco-design policy, AREVA T&D provides a range of eco-design offerings (products and services), and then in this paper 4 eco-design products are used as examples to show the results of this eco-design approach.
