N2 - The space of power system dispatching shrinks with the implement of transaction mode of direct power purchase by large consumers. Especially, the integration of large-scale uncontrollable wind power tests power system dispatching optimization to its limits. Therefore, this paper sets up a wind power consuming unit commitment model with the transaction mode of direct power purchase by large consumers to analyze its effects on the wind power consumption ability of the power system. The model adds additional constraints to the traditional unit commitment model, namely constraints of direct power purchase by large consumers whose compacts can be reduced and power of the wind turbines. The origin objective function is also modified correspondingly. Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) Model is taken to model and predict the time series of wind speed, providing original data for the unit commitment model. The paper initially extends the 10 units system to 40 units system, and introduces 1 600 MW wind turbines and analyzes how the mode of direct power purchase by large consumers influences wind power consumption under different real-time price curves, units with contracts and trading power of the contracts.
