摘要
Owing to its excellent piezoelectric properties, Lead-based relaxor ferroelectric crystals have a broad range of potential applications in electromechanical transduction fields. The progress on the growth techniques of lead-based relaxor ferroelectric crystals is reviewed, and the advantage and the disadvantage of the mentioned growth techniques are compared in this paper. The problems associated with crystal growth at present are discussed and the research direction of crystal growth is proposed.
