摘要

Statement of Purpose: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) affects over 30 million Americans. The majority of drugs that treat podocyte disease are administered systemically and have broad side effects. Since polymer-drug conjugates can alter the biodistribution and pharmokinetics of drug cargoes, we sought to elucidate the polymer properties that enhance in vivo kidney accumulation to enable new technologies to treat CKD.
