摘要

Highlights A new micro-nano fabrication method called femtosecond laser electrodeposition (FED) is developed. Inspired by glass catfish, a robust underwater window is developed. The robust underwater window exhibits an optimal equilibrium of anti-fouling, abrasion-resistance, and transparency. Hundreds of abrasion cycles would not affect the underwater windows properties.
