摘要

Meshing is one of the most time-consuming works for computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and high quality mesh is also one of the most important factors that affects the convergence and accuracy of simulation. HyperMesh is a powerful computer aided engineering (CAE) pre-processor for high fidelity modeling. High quality hexahedron CFD mesh of nuclear reactor head package is generated by using HyperMesh, and the mesh is imported into ANSYS/CFX to perform coupled thermal-fluid modeling and the sensitivity of mesh on computation results is examined. Then the convective heat transfer of compressive gas in ACP100 integrated head package is analyzed and the distributions of temperature, velocity and pressure fields are obtained.
