摘要
A high-performance BN@F-SiC filler was prepared by depositing hydrophobic nano-SiC grafted by γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (KH550) and 1H,1H,2H,2H-trifluoro-noctyltriethoxysilane (FAS) on h-BN grafted by glycidoxy-propyltrimethoxysilane (KH560). A coating containing 1 wt % composite was prepared by dispersing the composite material in epoxy resin (EP), and dispersion, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, electrochemical analysis, and other tests were performed. Also, the influence of h-BN and SiC quality ratios on these properties was systematically studied. The results showed that the BN@F-SiC (2:1) composite material had the best dispersibility in EP. The water contact angle for the coating reached 118°, which indicated that the coating is hydrophobic. The friction coefficient for the BN@F-SiC (2:1)/EP coating was reduced by 89.68% compared with that for the coating without any filler. The potential dynamic polarization test and the salt spray test showed that BN@F-SiC had excellent corrosion inhibition performance. In addition, an EIS test showed that the impedance value for the BN@F-SiC (2:1)/EP coating exceeded 1010Ω·cm2at a frequency of 10-2Hz (|Z|0.01Hz) after 400 h of soaking, which is nearly 103times higher than that obtained for the EP coating without a filler. This research helps establish a foundation for future research investigating the development of wear-resistant hydrophobic and anticorrosive coatings.
