摘要

Powder synthesis and ceramic fabrication of barium titanate, bismuth containing ferroelectrics and multiferroic materials will be presented in this chapter. It is found that phase formation behavior of these materials, especially for barium titanate and bismuth containing ferroelectrics, is highly dependent on the properties of the precursors and processing conditions.
