摘要
Accelerating charge separation and migration in semiconductor photocatalysts is the key for acquiring high performance in the photocatalytic hydrogen generation reaction. In this work, a new ZnIn2S4/CuInP2S6 hetero-structured system (ZIS/CIPS) is designed and constructed. Owing to the presence of face-to-face hetero-interface with high charge-transport capability, the photocatalytic hydrogen generation rate of ZIS/CIPS dramatically enhanced (76.2 μmol h−1) under the visible-light irradiation, which is up to 13 and 190 times compared to that of ZnIn2S4 and CuInP2S6 (CIPS), respectively.
