摘要
In order to explore the mechanism of laser induced bubble occlusion of vascular lesions in treating proliferative vascular dermatosis, we established a fluorescence microscopic observation system based on the dorsal skin chamber model. Thermal responses of blood vessel and bubble's generation and development were investigated under multi-pulse 1,064 nm laser irradiation with moderate energy density before and after liposome injection. The results showed that liposomes in blood can be additional nucleation to decrease temperature threshold of bubble formation, thus bubble generation probability increases obviously from 10% to 52% after liposome injection. After produced, bubbles can expand to the maximum volume in 15 min and occlude the blood vessels for a long time, causing the vascular wall necrosis by hypoxia.
