摘要

A new type cold plate with array jets was presented in this paper. By several experiments about the property of this cold plate, it was found that its' cooling ability could reach over 400 W/cm2, while the maximum temperature difference of the system kept below 40°C. In addition, it was shown that this cold plate had the characteristics with high local cooling ability, uniform temperature, and so on. Therefore, the array jet cold plate is the potential cooling equipment for high heat flux military electronics.
