T1 - Error propagation control method for multistage batches machining processes of blades

N2 - Aiming at the manufacturing process of complex parts, an error propagation control method was proposed based on Multistage Machining Processes (MMPs). The modeling complex network theory was used to construct the Machining Error Propagation Network (MEPN). By analyzing the characteristics of MEPN, the key control processes and the influencing factors for the machining quality were obtained. The key control processes were analyzed by process fluctuation and the changes of multiple process fluctuation was measured from system. To ensure the processing quality and stability, the Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts were used to monitor the key processes. Furthermore, by using Process Variation Trajectory Chart (PVTC) and process capability index, the fluctuation analysis of machining quality and quantity evaluation of process capability were obtained. The axial-flow blade was taken as research subject to verify the proposed method.
