Erratum to: P2Y₁, P2Y₂, and TRPV1 Receptors Are Increased in Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome and P2Y₂ Correlates with Abdominal Pain (Dig Dis Sci, (2016), 61, (2878-2886), 10.1007/s10620-016-4211-5)

Two data errors are present in the original publication, which we correct as follows: “Results” section, first paragraph under the subhead “Immunofluorescence Analysis” The following sentences: “Quantitative analysis revealed that the median numbers of mucosal P2Y₁ (0.921 ± 0.052 vs 0.565 ± 0.012, p = 0.007)…. In accordance with the PGP9.5 mRNA expression data, there was no difference in PGP9.5 protein expression between IBS-D patients and controls (0.217 ± 0.167 vs 0.485 ± 0.482, p = 0.203) (Fig. 2b).” should be substituted with: “Quantitative analysis revealed that the median numbers of mucosal P2Y₁ (0.092 ± 0.052 vs 0.056 ± 0.012, p = 0.007)….
