摘要

Extreme weather events pose severe threats to the secure operation of new distribution systems. Although Soft Open Points (SOPs) are increasingly recognized for their flexibility, existing post-disaster restoration models often treat them as idealized power transfer channels, neglecting their comprehensive power electronic characteristics under extreme conditions. To bridge this research gap, this paper first proposes a novel mathematical model of SOPs that rigorously characterizes their inherent power electronic dynamics. By formulating these characteristics, the model captures both the instantaneous fault-blocking response for precise electrical isolation at the moment of impact and the adaptive control mode transitions for voltage support within load islands and inter-feeder power regulation throughout the recovery process. Subsequently, a multi-resource coordinated recovery strategy driven by these power electronic behaviors is developed within a two-stage framework, consisting of the resist and response stage and the restoration stage. This strategy achieves deep operational synergy among SOPs, distributed generators (DGs), remote-controlled switches (RCSs), and circuit breakers (CBs). Simulation results on a modified IEEE 70-node system verify that the proposed strategy effectively resists fault impacts, minimizes the fault-affected area, and minimizes load shedding losses, significantly enhancing overall resilience compared to traditional methods.
