摘要
The soluble polymer dye composite poly (2,5-dialkoxy-p-phenylene vinylene) (ROPPV) was prepared to provide high photoconductive efficiencies. The photoluminescence spectra were measured by using fluorescence spectrophotometer. Photoelectrical measurements were carried out in a vacuum optical cryostat under 10-5 Torr. Results showed that photocells made of the composites exhibited enhanced photosensitivity in the range of 400 to 600 nm and 675 to 800 nm.
