摘要
Based on nanoparticle plasmonic solar cell, the photoelectronic performance of solar cell matrix and photothermal performance of nanoparticles after light absorption were comprehensively analysed. The energy conversion for photothermal or photoelectronic process can be regulated and controlled by varying particles' size materials and shape. The results show that silver particles give stronger enhancement on photoelectronic performance while gold particles behaves better on photothermal performance. For spherical silver particles, both the photoelectronic and photothermal performance could be enhanced with the increase of diameter. For spherical gold particles, photothermal performance would be enhanced but photoelectronic performance weakened. For both cylindrical silver and gold particles, photoelectronic performance could be weakened with the increase of diameter, while photothermal performance enhanced.
