摘要
Different variants of non-180° domain structures of the P4 mm and R3 m phases have been analyzed in (1-x)Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 - xPbTiO3 single crystals near the morphotropic phase boundary. They were found to be elastically matched along zero net strain planes (ZNSP's) or stressed conical interfaces. The results of calculations are discussed and compared with various experimental data on heterophase and heavily twinned crystal samples.
