摘要

The use of coupling crystal orientational degrees of freedom in modeling elastic properties of polycrystals was discussed. The model took into account the strain compatibility induced long range interactions between grains and also encodes crystal symmetries. The coupling of elastic interactions and crystal orientation allowed for the rotation of individual grains by an external load.
