摘要

Objective: To evaluate short- and long-term efficacy of hepatitis B revaccination in the non-and-hyporesponders. Methods: Screening with strict diagnosis criteria was carried out, and all the non-and-hyporesponders were given three 2-fold-dose vaccines randomly by intradermal or intramuscular route. The blood samples were collected in 1, 2 and 8 months following the first injection in order to evaluate short-term efficacy. Results: The intradermal route was not as effective as the intramuscular route. The revaccination with 3 doses was not more effective than that with 1 or 2 doses. Although the responsive rate to the vaccine during 8 months reached 90%, the antibody GMT dropped in the 8th month, which appeared significantly different from the antibody presentation in general populations. Conclusion: From the short-term observation, it is difficult to determine whether revaccination could produce a satisfactory long-term effect. Further follow-up surveys are necessary.
