摘要
The effect of different inclusions on micro stress/strain distributions in the matrix of nickel-base superalloy was analysed using three-dimensional elasto-plastic finite element method. It is found that when the space between these two inclusions and surface is less than the effective radius, the local stress and strain concentration is highly influenced by the inclusion size, except that, the variation of micro stress/strain is very small. In the field near to the specimen surface, only when the space between inclusions is less than twenty percent of the effective diameter, the interaction of adjacent inclusions may enhance the local stress and strain concentration.
