摘要
To solve problems concerning the process quality control of complex products, a quality control mode oriented to multistage machining processes, corresponding functional modules and framework were all put forward. This mode dealt mainly with constructing and running an e-quality control system, integrated several enabling technologies such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), equipment status diagnosis technology, state space modeling and mathematical model comparison. Furthermore, some of the key enabling technologies were studied in detail, including determining key control parameters, constructing sensor network, modeling e-quality model, and establishing feature-driven integrated quality control model based on multistage machining processes. They were used under the Browser/Server (B/S) architecture to perform the functions of e-quality control. Finally, the feasibility of proposed method was verified preliminarily with a developed prototype system.
