摘要

The large amount of distributed generation can provide emergency power supply to critical loads during blackouts and help build resilient distribution systems. This paper examines a distribution system equipped with controlled switch devices and various distributed energy resources, including droop-controlled generators and energy storage systems capable of supplying power. This paper introduces a comprehensive mathematical model for load restoration that integrates network reconfiguration and dynamic networked microgrids formation strategies to optimize both load restoration and cost efficiency. The effectiveness of this model is demonstrated through simulations on modified PG&E 69-node distribution system, showing that our approach significantly reduces load shedding and operational costs, thereby improving the system's resilience to natural disasters. The study effectively underscores the benefits of networked microgrids and multisource collaboration in sustaining critical power supplies during high-impact low-probability events.
