摘要

Radiation therapy is one of the most important treatments for cancer, but it also faces the problems of unsatisfactory therapeutic effects and resistance to radiotherapy. How to improve the radiotherapy effect and increase the radiosensitivity of the tumor tissue remains to be solved. Radiation therapy uses radiation's direct and indirect damage to the DNA of tumor cells to treat tumors. At present, the research on DNA damage repair mechanism and radiosensitization targets is hot topics in tumor biology and radiobiology research. This article will review recent advances in research on DNA damage repair mechanisms and their relationship with tumor radiosensitivity.
