摘要

Advanced surface coating with a high insulation property and good chemical stability is crucial for many electronic and electric systems. However, the insulation property usually sharply decrease under high temperature condition. This undesired phenomenon is a particularly inherent puzzle in well-known used surface coating organic materials. Recently, inorganic surface coating which exhibits excellent dielectric performance and relatively high thermal stability attracts attention for insulation application but the unavoidable porous structure hinders the advanced application. Here, we report a discovery that by forming a hard anodic aluminum oxidation(HAAO) under aluminum and show that it can lead to a high breakdown voltage(3100V) and stable performance up to 200{\circ}{C}, which successfully overcome the long-standing breakdown-stability puzzle in surface coating insulation. Moreover, resistivity dependence of temperature reveals the carrier transportation processing, which is responsible for this combination of high breakdown voltage and good temperature stability. This finding provides an effective approach in surface coating insulation materials with high breakdown voltage and thermal stability.
