Design of Micro-Security Device Based on Three-Stage Electric-Thermal Mechanism

摘要

In response to the current trend of integration and miniaturization of weapons and equipment, the size of its combat unit is getting smaller and smaller, in order to adapt to the small size of the combat part and at the same time leave more space to accommodate the gunpowder, a micro-security device based on three-stage electro-thermal mechanism is proposed, in which the micro-partition chip is prepared by SOI silicon wafers, and the cover plate is prepared by alumina ceramics. In order to increase the output displacement of the electrothermal mechanism, a lever mechanism is designed. The theoretical analysis and experimental verification of the designed three-stage electric-thermal mechanism show that its output displacement meets the needs of releasing the insurance at 9V voltage, and its response time is within 20ms, and the fire transmission channel is 2.1-3.5mm through the fire transfer test, which can not only ensure that the flame is isolated when the electric heating mechanism is not opened, but also ensure that the flame is transmitted to the ignition powder when the electric heating mechanism is opened.
