摘要
To fabricate the bone substitutes used to repair the bone defects in the place of heavy burden, a method of artificial bone with a hardening frame design and fabrication is provided. Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) scaffold is hardening frame and calcium phosphate cement (CPC) is bone repair material. The mechanical property of PLLA claba, design and fabrication of PLLA scaffold and the effect of various hardening frames on mechanical property of artificial bone are studied. The conclusion of mechanical test shows that the carrying capacity of artificial bone is improved efficiently. The artificial bone makes up the defect that the metal bone can't degrade.
