N2 - The power-to-gas (P2G) technology can convert electric energy into natural gas, which provides a new solution for the integrated energy system to absorb clean energy. In this paper, a day-ahead economic dispatch model is proposed for electricity-gas integrated energy system considering P2G. The objective function of economic dispatch is constructed to be compatible with four parts, i.e., the cost of electricity purchased, the cost of gas purchased, the cost of wind power and P2G device operation. The power balance of system, interaction power range with external grid, rated power of P2G device, etc. are taken as the constraints of economic dispatch. CPLEX based on MATLAB's Yalmip toolbox is used to solve the economic dispatch problem. Finally, two study cases are conducted to verify that the total cost of day-ahead economic dispatch of the integrated energy system can be reduced by utilization of P2G device.
