摘要

Accurate and comprehensive thermodynamic simulation is crucial for designing and effectively operating hydrogen refueling stations. This paper provides a simulation method for the whole hydrogen refueling process. A mathematical model of the complete refueling process is established via MATLAB based on the mathematical model of every station component, including refueling processes from the hydrogen tanks in the station to the onboard tank, from the compressor to the onboard tank, and from the compressor to tanks in the station. Particularly, this method offers a more precise compressor model, considering the compressor properties under varying working conditions. This method can be used to investigate the effects of many parameters on the fueling results and to study configuration strategies for hydrogen refueling stations. The variation of the refueling pressure, temperature, mass flow rate and energy consumption from the reference data is less than 1.21 %, demonstrating the accuracy of this model.
