摘要
With the surging renewable in the power grids, high-voltage direct current (HVDC) has become an important solution for transmitting renewable energy from remote locations to load centers. However, the temporal-spatial correlations between HVDC-connected renewable bases are not taken into consideration in most of the existing HVDC works. This paper proposes a novel correlation-aware scheduling model for multi-HVDC tie-lines with uncertainty. Meanwhile, we present a novel polyhedral uncertainty set (PUS) capturing the temporal-spatial correlations between HVDC-connected renewable bases to reduce conservativeness. To validate the proposed model, numerical tests are carried out with a real-world multi-HVDC transmission system. The computational results demonstrate that the proposed method reduces the operational cost and increases the renewable consumption level for the multi-HVDC transmission system.
