摘要

The massive and centralized integration of renewable energy poses significant challenges to the flexible and resilient operation of power systems. Electric energy storage and hydrogen energy storage have strong complementary advantages in duration and capacity. Electric-hydrogen energy storage systems (EHESS) can enhance energy storage performance and improve the support capacity to the power system. This paper proposes a coordinated planning method for EHESS. An EHESS operation model considering both on-site and off-site hydrogen storage forms is proposed. The EHESS planning method that balances investment economy and operation performance is developed. The proposed method is applied to IEEE RTS-96. The results of case studies show that EHESS can significantly enhance the flexible operation capability of the power system. In the scenario of centralized deployment of renewable energy, hydrogen storage in off-site form has better resilience support capability than in on-site form.
