摘要

The great efforts devoted to the design and synthesis of donor polymers have made continuous progresses of organic solar cells (OSCs) over the past decades. This chapter firstly introduced the most important design strategy (donor-acceptor [D-A] type) for developing the low bandgap (LBG), medium bandgap (MBG), and wide bandgap (WBG) donor polymers and then summarized several representative types of LBG, MBG, and WBG polymer donors and discussed the relationship between the chemical structures and the optical, electronic, and device performance.
