摘要
Experimental study on flow properties was carried out in a gas liquid double-contact flow absorber. Experimental results show that, the actual bed height in gas liquid double-contact flow absorber increases with slurry injection pressure, liquid gas ratio and flue gas velocity, and the bed average pressure drop also increases with gas-phase Reynolds number, liquid gas ratio and slurry flow. PDF and PSD were both used to identify the gas-liquid two-phase flow pattern in double-contact flow absorber, and detailed changes of flow pattern were obtained. Flow pattern identification of double-contact flow absorber used PSD was achieved, providing reference and basis on determination of the optimum heat and mass transfer.
