N2 - Objective To study the impact of magnetic; anchor technique in reducing number of ports in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy using the magnetic anchor technology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi an Jiaotong University from April 2019 to September 2019.The operation time, intraoperative acci dents, Wong-Banker facial expression pain scores on postoperative day 1 / day 7 / 1 month, and postopera tive complications were analyzed. Results Of 23 patients, there were 7 males and 16 females, aged 23.00 - 70.00 (45.30 ± 13.45 ) years. There were 17 cases of gallbladder polyps, 5 cases of gallbladder stones, 1 case of gallbladder stones combined with gallbladder polyps. All operations went smoothly, and there were no accidents during operation. The operation time was (43.70 ±23.51) min, and intraoperative blood loss was 13.65(6.00,10.00) ml.The Wong-Banker facial expression pain scores were 4(2,6) points, 2(2,4) points, and 0 points on postoperative day 1, day 7 and 1 month. No postoperative complications occurred in all patients. Conclusion Magnetic anchoring technology can be applied to laparoscopic cholecystectomy, has the advantages of reducing laparoscopic poking, sufficient exposure and simple operation, and has clini cal application value.
